Both new controller generations are PC-based and decentralized,
featuring bus systems and Ethernet capabilities for communication
between PLC and IPC.
Handling, menu and screen page structures for visualisation
and operation have been designed to closely resemble
the user-friendly preceding systems, to avoid relearning problems.

Willi Müller GmbH, offering a comprehensive range of mono and multi layer
(up to 7 layers) extrusion heads from 1 up to 12 parisons suitable for all
common thermoplastic materials.

IML-System
Universal lML-systems are available for all single and double sided automatic blow moulders. They can be part of the initial scope of supply or delivered as a retrofit at a later state.

Leaktesting stations for low and high output integrated in the machine or externally in- stalled with or without packing tables are available from well-known suppliers. Qualitiy control testing devices.
